It is at the discretion of Principal to charge the labor and transportation costs (Diagnose Trip Charges) of RM200 per trip. In any event, the complaint and/or defect are due to mishandling, non-proper maintenance and/or unduly modification, Principal reserves the right to impose the Diagnose Trip Charges on the claimant. For Small Equipment, claimant is required to self-deliver the unit back to our warehouse for diagnose and repair with only labor charge of RM80 being imposed in fulfulling this warranty.
