Description
Featuring a refrigerated blown air cold well, the Woodson 3 door Sandwich Preparation Fridge is constructed from a double glazed, toughened straight glass gantry with front profile matching both hot and cold displays. Designed to hold food at the optimal temperature for extended periods of time, the unit is able to hold food for a maximum of three hours continuous use with an open well, before the supplied acrylic lids are to be utilised.
