E-VO CONCEPT top-loading dishwasher with recessed wash tank, and wash and rinse arms in AISI-304 stainless steel. Dish service height up to 440 mm. Constant water consumption of 2.4 litres per cycle for the rinse with a mains pressure of 2 bar. New optimised hydraulic EFFI-WASH system, with stainless steel wash arms and a powerful 0.6 kW pump (EVCO-112), guaranteeing a top quality effective and efficient wash with an optimum Sinner circle balance. It also has a built-in rinse aid dispenser and optional drainage pump (B) and detergent dispenser (DD) fitted at factory or in kit form. It can be installed in corners and has adjustable feet to permit levelling according to the needs of the establishment. The equipment has a multi-connection box for easy installation and repair with a low risk of failure. Magnetic hood open sensor and automatic starter. Electronical control panel making it easy to use.

The gas cookers in the 700 Series may be fitted with open burners, ovens, fry-tops, hotplates, pasta cookers, barbecues, cooking pots, fryers, bain-marie and Bratt pans, combined in different ways to meet the needs of each customer. Made of austenitic stainless steel, the cookers in this range have tilted control panels to provide better access to the buttons and controls on the front of the machine, in addition to built-in handles and grease collection trays.
The equipment in the 700 Series is formed by machines with the highest operating powers on the market, with excellent performance and recovery ratios.
